Canal Days in Port Colborne is a four day festival of fun and entertainment celebrating the maritime history of the city and it’s location at the entrance to the Welland Canal which connects Lake Erie to Lake Ontario. Port Colborne is known as the Gateway To Navigation.
The City Of Port Colborne runs the whole Canal Days event and information about Canal Days can always be found on their web site. But.
The Port Colborne Optimist Club runs the annual Craft Show at the Vale health centre on Elizabeth Street. Each Saturday and Sunday of the festive weekend we take over the entire central hockey rink and fill it with carefully selected craft vendors from around the region.
Conveniently located right where the shuttle buses board and offload, the Vale building is surrounded with ample parking for those coming in along Hwy 3 or the 140.
Enjoy a little peace with us, away from the bustling crowds and craziness downtown.
The Optimist Club are always looking for new members to join our committees and help with organizing the event. If you want to get involved in this popular annual activity, join us.
